Life right now is good.
We had a synchro meet two weeks ago and I made a bet with one of my coaches that I made a higher score than the last meet in Tucson. Sure enough I beat my score by two full points! She now has to do a 50 meter back stroke. (yes I know that's not that much but she doesn't get in the pool at practice so it's just to get her in;)
Schools good.
I did the super cute photo shoot with my younger sisters. (I might post some of them but my blog won't let me post photos and it's bugging me!!) somaybe

update :)
I am very excited! I will be 14 in 51 days! I know it sounds like a loooonnnngggg time away... but it is super close for me! I get to wear make-up for my 14 bday. yes i know that probably doesn't sound tooo exciting for other girls my age because they already wear it, but its HUGE for me! :)
Yesterday, NOthing new happened... We ran into our friends at Pars (Persian food!) But nothing else really...
Tuesday, I spoke at a home school thingy where they ask you questions about being home schooled... The funniest one was "do you do activities?" that's almost like asking "do you get out of the house?" so of course we all said yes we do do activities.... :)lol i wanted to start laughing, but that would not have been appropriate...
Today, ummm school...... piano.......nothing really much! I am going to a Jeff Allan show (comedian) Friday night but nothing new.... :)
So I am going to sign off for right now, I might be back on later..

Synchro
Some people don't get what synchro is so here is a short summery. (its cheer leading in water, don't think its easy, try holding your breathe for several seconds and lifting someone heavier than you in 12 ft deep waters without pushing off of the bottom of the pool.)
What is Synchronized Swimming
Synchronized swimming is an exciting sport that combines the athleticism of swimming, the acrobatics and precision of gymnastics and figure skating, and the artistry of ballet and dance. It is one of the best overall fitness activities you can find. It also develops other important traits in young athletes such as self-discipline, determination, confidence, sportsmanship, time management skills, competitive experience, creativity & design, and more. It is a sport requiring overall body strength and agility, grace and beauty, split-second timing, musical interpretation, and dramatic flair. It is a unique sport in which power, strength, and technical skill are displayed in an artistically choreographed piece.
Our schedule:
First we stretch
Secondly, we practice our gymnastics on ground
Thirdly, we then ground drill (work our routine on ground)
Fourthly, we get in the water and swim laps to warm up
Fifthly, we do our synchro laps (egg-beater, unders, stretch laps, breathing laps, etc)
Sixthly, we do our routine (without goggles, and staying under water up to 20 seconds at a time, don't think that's easy because you are using all of your strength and thought to do the routing figures.
Seventh, we do figures
eight, we get out and stretch some more
ninth, we learn more of our routines
and tenthly, lastly, we shower and leave :)
Sorry I havn't been posting, life has been crazy. So much that this post is gonna be small and sweet. Prom is coming up and I am super excited, I am going with one of my best friends and its gonna be a blast! Finals were good, I got A's in all of my subjects. (Don't think school comes easily to me... I spent hours practicing for them! :( ) I am enjoying swim, we go to Tucson for one of our comps. Friday the 21. So very excited! I am now into cosmetology, and interior designing as well as modeling and remodeling (tehehe) I enjoy it all :). We I gotta go do more school :) bi
